Shipping policy

*Please take this as a guideline and not a guarantee; neither the carriers nor we can guarantee delivery times.

We use various carriers to ship products across Australia. You will receive tracking confirmation once an order has been placed which will detail the carrier and the number used to track your item. You will receive an estimated time of arrival (ETA)  from your tracking number once the carrier collects the order.

Please see estimated shipping times for each location:

WA - 1-2 days
NSW - 2-5 days
VIC - 2-5 days
TAS - 3-6 days
QLD - 2-5 days
NT - 3-6 days
ACT - 3-6 days

*Based on working days, excludes weekends and public holidays. 

We pack and ship orders Monday- Friday before noon. For orders placed before noon - these will be picked and shipped on the same day, for orders placed after noon these will be collected the following day by our shipping carrier. 

All tracking information will be sent to the email your provided at checkout, please contact admin@focusym.com if there has been an issue with the email address given. If you are missing order information or tracking information please check your junk/spam folder.

Please refer to our REFUND POLICY if you have experienced a loss of order due to the shipping carrier. We will work together quickly and efficiently to rectify this.
